Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with ALUCLASS!

Should your order not meet your satisfactory standards, we are here to assist you!

You may return the item provided that:

1. You initiate a return within three (3) days from the time you receive your item(s), which will be at your own cost
2. The item(s) must be returned to us in the original packaging, unused and undamaged
3. Sales item(s) are not eligible for a refund
4. Please ensure your item(s) have a receipt or proof of purchase

Procedure upon accepting refund:

1. Progress with sending back item(s) to us. Notify us with tracking number
2. Once we received your item(s), we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item(s)
3. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item(s).
4. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days (usually 2-4 weeks), depending on your card issuer's policies.

The total refundable amount will exclude:

1. Delivery fees, as the delivery already took place and duly paid.
2. Administration fees (RM2 + 6% of Invoice)

ALUCLASS reserves the right to refuse any return if the item(s) does not meet all stated conditions above
