Shipping policy

All orders are processed within the next 1-3 working days after placing a successful order and transferred to the logistic and courier company to ship out to you (1). We will keep you informed on the status of your order diligently. Should you need any immediate updates, you can contact us directly on the webpage or WhatsApp us.

For every order please refer to the Inventory Status/Pickup Status at your location before payment. If product is out of stock at your location please contact us before purchasing. Restocking usually take 6-8 weeks. West Malaysia Warehouse ships to the whole of West Malaysia. Sarawak Warehouse only ships to Sarawak & Sabah Warehouse only ships to Sabah. Pick up are available at the corresponding warehouses. Order Cancellation after purchase will incur an Administrative Fee (RM2 + 6% of Invoice) upon refund.
